•Develop and maintain positive workplace culture and ensure that employees are motivated, engaged, and productive.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. MBA preferred.
•Proven experience in business management, with a track record of driving growth and success.
•Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
•Strong leadership and personnel management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
•Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, and the ability to leverage technology to improve operations and drive innovation.
•Understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
