Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement business strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives for the export business.
•Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in international markets.
•Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate these markets and drive sales growth.
•Manage the sales team and provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members to achieve sales targets.
•Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and identify areas for growth.
•Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
•Monitor and report on business performance, including financial metrics and sales performance.
•Develop and maintain strong knowledge of relevant industry trends, regulations, and standards.
•Manage budgets and financial resources, including forecasting and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. MBA preferred.
•Proven experience in business management, with a focus on international sales and export business.
•Strong understanding of international markets and regulatory requirements.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
•Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
