Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative team of social media experts to manage our organization's social media presence and engage with our target audience across various social media platforms. The successful team will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns, monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, and collaborating with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
•Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
•Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, and copy, that resonate with our target audience.
•Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use this information to inform future campaigns and content.
•Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
•Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, and escalate issues as necessary.
•Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and technologies, and use this knowledge to enhance the organization's social media presence and performance.
•Develop and maintain positive relationships with social media influencers and other partners to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
•Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content across various platforms.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise content.
•Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and use them to inform strategy.
•Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to develop and execute social media campaigns that stand out from the competition.
•Knowledge of social media tools and technologies, including social media management platforms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.
•Understanding of social media advertising best practices, including targeting, ad formats, and budget management.
•Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
