Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Export Sales Executive to expand our international sales and increase revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing sales leads, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, and develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
•Manage sales leads and customer relationships, including providing product information, negotiating sales agreements, and managing orders and shipments.
•Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
•Analyze market trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
•Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.
•Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, customer interactions, and order management in CRM systems.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for international trade.
•Manage logistics and supply chain activities, including coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of products.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
•Proven experience in international sales and business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and partners.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity and use this information to inform sales strategy.
•Knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain management.
•Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to develop and negotiate sales agreements.
•Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
•Willingness to travel internationally as required.
