 Senior Visa Counselor - Jalandhar

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Visa Counselor to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients on visa applications and immigration policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating visa application processes, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
•Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa application procedures, immigration policies, and legal requirements.
•Manage client relationships, including conducting client consultations, providing visa assessment services, and answering client inquiries.
•Coordinate visa application processes, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
•Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates to ensure timely and accurate visa processing and approval.
•Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration policies, regulations, and procedures, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, visa applications, and related activities.
•Provide training and guidance to junior visa counselors and other staff members, as required.
•Participate in marketing and business development activities, including attending industry events and conferences, and promoting visa services to potential clients.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in law, international relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
•Proven experience in visa counseling and immigration services, with a deep understanding of visa application procedures, immigration policies, and legal requirements.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex immigration regulations and policies and provide sound advice to clients.
•Knowledge of visa application processes, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
•Understanding of the visa requirements and processes for various countries and regions.
•Familiarity with immigration law and regulations, including eligibility requirements, immigration categories, and visa application processes.
•Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and visa application management systems.
•Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
