Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help us develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and developing and executing email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth, including creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
•Manage the company's social media channels, including creating and posting content, monitoring engagement and analytics, and developing strategies to increase followers and engagement.
•Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, creating content, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
•Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking and drive traffic to the company's website.
•Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, including social media engagement, email open and click-through rates, website traffic, and conversion rates, and use this information to inform campaign strategy and optimize performance.
•Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
•Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
•Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of driving brand awareness and revenue growth.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create engaging content and build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and use this information to inform marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance.
•Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
•Proficiency in website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
•Experience with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
•Understanding of website design principles and best practices.
•Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
