Key Responsibilities:

•Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use this information to inform marketing strategies and activities.
•Develop and manage marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including email, social media, print, and online advertising.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and objectives.
•Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, and use this information to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.
•Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, graphic designers, and printers, to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities.
•Participate in marketing and sales events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of marketing activities, budgets, and expenses.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
•Proven experience in marketing, with a deep understanding of marketing strategies, tactics, and channels.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends and develop effective marketing strategies.
•Knowledge of marketing technologies and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
•Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including email, social media, and online advertising.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
•Willingness to travel as required
